Our team
Meet some of the key people that make Corilla Plastics tick.

Tom is a qualified chartered accountant, with decades of experience working in the Corporate Finance Department of Deloitte. During this time, he specialised in assisting corporations with design and implementation of profit improvement plans, including a secondment to RBS to work on some of their more difficult cases.
Tom’s work has taken him to USA, Italy and Germany to work on international assignments and he has worked for businesses of all sizes from family run concerns to large PLCs.
Tom presided over the acquisition of a number of rotational moulding businesses to help form Corilla Plastics in 2010.
When not working, Tom enjoys rugby union, football, family, good food & wine and travelling.

Selwyn has ultimate responsibility for the running of Corilla Plastics. Formerly our Financial Director, Selwyn oversees all aspects of the day-to-day management of the business. He has worked at senior levels for a number of large companies in different industries including stationery and chemical distribution and food manufacture.

Les started his career in sheet metal fabrication, gaining plenty of hands-on experience before climbing the career ladder through product design, manufacturing, sales, marketing and management.
His unique set of skills mean he is now adept at providing the technical solutions to meet customer requirements, drawing on all of his previous experience. Les is happiest when helping clients who come to him with many and varied challenges which he sees as his personal mission to overcome.
As a result, Les invariably turns a tentative enquiry into an order, enabling clients to realise their dreams as they push forward with their own product innovation.

Mark started his career as a Laboratory Technician in the rotational moulding industry, and focused on quality control of materials used in the manufacturing process. He progressed onto project management, new product development, and production engineering.
Mark has had significant involvement throughout his career in quality control and has played an instrumental part in gaining BS5750, ISO9001, ISO14001 and TS16949 accreditation for some of his former employers.
Mark has an HNC in Polymer Technology, a Diploma in Industrial Management and a City and Guilds in Quality Assurance.
He brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to his current role, ensuring only the highest standards of materials, manufacture and quality control are met through rigorous processes and quality checks.

At Corilla Plastics, Kevin is the first point of contact for potential customers looking for rotomoulded solutions for their business. He plays a big part in building strong business relationships, resulting in consistent quality product and service.
Kevin has a deep understanding of rotomoulding’s commercial and technical landscapes, having spent most of his career in rotomoulding. Kevin incorporates emerging technologies at Corilla Plastics such as 3D printing, into our offering.

Chris is responsible for specifying and buying the raw materials for all Corilla Plastics production. He uses his keen negotiating skills and careful planning to ensure there is little waste, and that materials arrive ‘just in time’ for production. Chris works closely with the sales and production team, to help him plan ahead to meet time frames.
Deliveries and despatch are all overseen by Chris who ensures materials match purchase orders, meet quality standards and are stored efficiently. Goods despatched are checked to ensure they are packed suitable for transit, and that goods leave the factory on time.
