Profit-related pay scheme for all our employees

As one of the biggest employers within our area, we understand the importance for continuous development and investment in our employees.

Along with regular training programs and partnerships with Cardiff University and Toyota, we have established a profit-related pay scheme for all employees of Corilla Plastics.

The new scheme will allow employees to benefit when Corilla Plastics has exceeded its expectations and targets for the year, with 10% being given back to all the team.
